Account issues
For login, verification, password recovery, or MFA problems, first use the account recovery and security tools available from the login and account pages.
Torrent or catalog issues
If a torrent is mislabeled, inappropriate, or otherwise needs moderator attention, note the torrent name and info hash so the report can be matched to the correct catalog entry.
Site problems
For broken pages, failed downloads, or other technical issues, include the page you were using and what happened. Avoid sending passwords, recovery codes, or MFA secrets.
Contact channel
The public contact channel is being finalized as part of the modernization work. This page will be updated before production cutover with the supported address or contact form.
